WHAT THE SEASON IS REALLY LIKE

Excellent Pay

All overtime is paid at 1.5 times your rate. One of the many advantages of working in Alaska seafood processing is that you start earning overtime whenever you work more than 8 hours in one day AND when you work more than 40 hours in a week. Do that math!!! When we have the peak of our season, you’re working up to 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. The overtime really starts to add up fast.

Starting wage: $16.85 per hour. Experienced seafood industry workers can earn even more, if you can show hours worked at another company with letters or pay stubs.

Long Days, Big Rewards

As a member of our processing team, you’ll work in a fast-paced seafood facility, helping process, package, and inspect Alaska’s finest fish. Expect 10–16 hour workdays depending on the fish flow. When the fish are in, the earning potential is high. Always remember though, “No fish, no work.”.

We Handle the Travel

We provide airfare from major airports near your home in the USA or its territories to your Alaskan facility — and a return flight home at the end, if you successfully finish the season.

Shared Housing

You and your roommates will share bunkhouse-style housing with linens, towels, blankets, and essentials provided. Room and board costs $15 per day, and half is reimbursed upon successful completion of the season.

Daily Meals

You’ll receive hot, nutritious meals every day to keep you fueled and energized. Room and board costs $15 per day, and half is reimbursed upon successful completion of the season.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO JOIN US

This experience is challenging, rewarding, and something you’ll remember for a lifetime. You’re a great fit if you:
